Assessment & Treatment - Hampshire

After you have made an enquiry via our website we will get in touch with you for further information, if needed, and to book an appointment. You can request to see a particular clinician and time of the week to be seen and we will do our best to accommodate.

We usually request either a GP referral or a copy of your GP summary prior to any new assessment.

Once an appointment is agreed, you will be sent a link for payment. Your appointment booking is not complete until payment has been received.

You will then be sent relevant screening tools. Please can you complete these in advance of your assessment. This will allow us to undertake a better assessment to allow faster commencement of treatment.

We always start by undertaking a full psychiatric assessment as many conditions, such as ADHD, are commonly associated with other health problems and co-morbidity.

At the end of your appointment we will agree next steps with you.

You will then receive a letter by secure e-mail, summarising your appointment and agreed plan or next steps.

If medication has been agreed, we will organise for this to be delivered to you via an online pharmacy. For any non-controlled medication, you can opt to have the prescription sent to your home or local pharmacy.

If Flow or Nurosym are recommended and agreed with you then you will be given a unique clinician code to order the device with. This will automatically apply the discount for you.

Follow-up appointments or reviews can be booked during your appointment, or by yourself, on-line.
