We always start by undertaking a full psychiatric assessment as many conditions, such as ADHD, are commonly associated with other health problems and co-morbidity. If you are not sure which assessment you need then please get in touch. If there is any doubt, then we would suggest booking a general adult assessment first.

Completion of the DIVA ADHD semi-structured assessment for ADHD
Collateral information gathering if appropriate/ necessary
Discussion of diagnosis and agreed next steps
Personalised detailed report/letter sent to you within a week
Psychoeducation about ADHD and signposting to relevant resources
Letter/ report to GP as agreed and if appropriate
This is only for patients who have already had a new patient assessment with us and where the clinician and yourself feel that the diagnosis of ADHD is highly likely.

Using Royal College of Psychiatrists diagnostic interview with informant 1.5hrs £400
This is for patients who have had a general adult assessment with ourselves and ASD was highly suspected.
